These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Detector: While You Watch mobile application (the "App"), operated by AI Detector: While You Watch ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

AI Detector: While You Watch provides tools designed to help users identify and analyze potentially AI-generated media content. The App performs analysis only when initiated by the user and does not engage in background monitoring unless explicitly required for the requested functionality.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of analysis results. Outputs are informational only and should not be relied upon as definitive or authoritative determinations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Pro Subscription

The App offers an optional paid subscription ("Pro") that provides additional features or enhanced access.

All purchases and subscriptions are processed and managed exclusively through Google Play Billing. We do not process or store payment information directly.

4.2 Pricing

Subscription prices are displayed within the App and/or Google Play at the time of purchase. Prices, billing periods, and available plans may change at any time to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any price changes will be handled by Google Play and applied in accordance with Google's policies, including advance notice where required.

4.3 Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the user through their Google Play account settings. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial billing periods except as required by Google Play policies or applicable law.

5. Free Features and Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App (including free or paid features) at any time, with or without notice, provided such changes comply with applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to us. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App unless explicitly permitted by us in writing.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, and processed. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the App or subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

You may stop using the App at any time.
